Exchanges and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or a return, you can contact us at customerservice@ellaco.co. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions via email on how and where to mail your package via registered postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all local deliveries, you will receive your order within 1 - 3 working days.
Otherwise, you will see it upon order confirmation.
Free local express delivery is available for orders from $99.
For orders under $99, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We offer shipping to every part of the globe!
All international shipping fees will be charged accordingly.

However, do take note that there may be broader delivery timelines.
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred when the shipment reaches your destination country.
